Call Of Duty: Warzone’s Infinite Stim Glitch Has Returned Yet Again

Guess what’s back? Back again. The Call Of Duty: Warzone infinite stim glitch is back. Tell a friend (if they like to cheat in Warzone that is.)

Yes, this irritating, persistent glitch is back once again. The glitch originally popped up in October of last year and was reportedly fixed. That turned out to be not true as it returned in November. It was patched soon afterward, which should have been the end of it. Except that it came back a little over a month later. And now, for a fourth time, the bug that simply will not die has made another miraculous comeback. All hail the unkillable infinite stim glitch!

For those unaware of what this glitch does, it allows a Warzone player to use as many of the stim equipment as they like. The stim completely refills your health as well as the Tactical Sprint ability, so having an unlimited supply of them is pretty dang powerful. In fact, it’s a borderline game-breaking bug as you can simply sit in poison gas, heal yourself over and over, and just wait for everybody else to die. It’s a good way to earn a win if you don’t mind being a pathetic, rotten cheater.

It’s bizarre that this same glitch keeps coming back. Especially since it’s a rather disruptive bug that can allow players to theoretically live forever. No one is quite sure why it hasn’t been dealt with definitively and it has to be frustrating for everyone involved with this game. Players hate it because it ruins the game and the team at Infinity Ward must hate it because they have to figure out how to get rid of it all over again.

But then, it’s not like Warzone hasn’t been subject to other bugs before. The popular battle royale game has been beset by all manner of weird glitches. For example, there have been bugs that have allowed players to teleport around the map or even out of the gulag. There was also that weird “demon glitch” that was transforming guns into strange, otherworldly weapons.

It goes without saying that large-scale battle royale games like Warzone or Apex Legends have a lot of moving pieces and bits to keep track of. With so much being added into these games at all times it’s an unfortunate side effect that random glitches and bugs will just occur. It’s still odd that this particular bug won’t go away, but for the sake of all Warzone players, let’s hope that the fourth time is the charm when it comes to patching out the infinite stim glitch for good.
